Our Stəps program is an ad-hoc 1:1 coaching program. We start with a 30 minute, free, consult, and build a weekly program that suits your time, budget and goals. You can cancel out of the program at any time 48 hours prior to a scheduled coaching session.
Even better, you get to test drive our capabilities and see if they're a fit!

Our structured programs help achieve specific goals in a period of time, and can really drive progress. Ad-hoc coaching, works well with immediate problems or emergency situations and for those pressed for time.
For example, for a work , if you have difficulty managing a person or situation, or if you want to prep for attending a crucial interview or meeting, ad-hoc coaching can work very well.
If you can't be available due to pressing commitments, commitments that are preventing you from taking significant action, but you are still able to make small movements toward your goals, you could also consider ad-hoc coaching. Do consider that our structured programs would help in managing those commitments more effectively!
Finally, coming out of our structured programs, ad-hoc coaching is great for checking in from time-to-time to maintain the changes you are making.
Ad-hoc coaching covers the same topics as our structured programs, it just features a flexible timetable which may suit your needs.
