Fueled by a keen interest in innovation, Sam Adams has more than 25 years of experience in cross-functional leadership of both large organizations and startups. Prior to founding 1Focus, Mr. Adams held Chief Technology Officer positions for several companies and spent time in senior roles at WebMD and Microsoft. In addition, he has served as an adjunct professor since 2017 for the John H. Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa. Mr. Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Tampa.
Ray Heath has been skillfully serving businesses of all sizes with strategic analysis and planning, project management, research, technical consulting, product development, processing engineering and technical team leadership. Those efforts have focused on the development of skillsets that are both broad and deep through a relentless devotion to quality. Mr. Heath’s personal expertise is equally as wide, covering a broad swath of technology stacks, systems and processes related to software development. He enjoys helping companies bring great ideas to fruition through innovative products and services that put profitable results on balance sheets.
With more than 25 years of experience building solutions that solve key business challenges, Todd Chapman focuses on best practice processes around enterprise software development. Mr. Chapman’s background includes extensive work as a technical and process expert and architect. He has led technical teams in groups ranging from small product development teams and comprehensive IT departments to enterprise architecture and development teams for large organizations. Mr. Chapman has built solutions across a spectrum of industries, deploying solutions that cover many different processes, languages and databases.
